Especially around the holidays, or any special occasion (such as Valentine's Day!) when you want to make a little treat, this two ingredient recipe comes in handy and is a great, simple dessert to make.
My sister absolutely loved this fudge.
It is creamy and butterscotch-y and delicious. It is definitely worth a try - especially with how easy it is to throw together!
Two Ingredient Butterscotch Fudge
- 1 (12 oz.) Bag Butterscotch Chips
- 1 (16 oz.) Can Vanilla Frosting
- Melt butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl.
- Add the frosting to the melted chips and stir until combined.
- Pour into a foil-lined 8x8 square pan and let set until cool. Cut into small pieces.
